We are proud to present our brand new program -  ANTIGRAVITY AERIAL FITNESS!!!

Discover the power, excitement, and pure joy of moving freely in all directions of open space with Christopher Harrison’s AntiGravity Fitness. This unique combination of exercises is intended to decompress one’s spine and align the body from head to toe, while stretching and strengthening the muscles along the way. There are endless benefits from AntiGravity, including increased muscular flexibility & strength, muscle tension release through self-massage techniques, increased kinaesthetic awareness, low impact cardiovascular conditioning, enhanced self-esteem, increased mindfulness, and so the list goes on.

The greatest benefit is the decompression of the spine through the inversions. This increases the hydration to the intervertebral discs, re-alignment of the spine, refreshment of the endocrine, lympathic, digestive and circulatory systems, releases of ‘happy hormones’ (i.e serotonin, oxytocin, endorphins, endophalins, endocaniboids and dopamine), and glowing skin due to the fresh blood reaching the capillaries of the face.

Miss Alicia (SCPAC Principal) suffered a back injury years ago, and now swears by this program as she is finally able to move freely again and without pain. After finding this program, Alicia became obsessed with bringing this program to her students to assist in the rehabilitation of injuries, and most importantly, the prevention of future injuries.

However! Places are limited! As each student requires a hammock, we will only be accepting NINE students in each class. To book a place, payment MUST be made in full, and we will be running by the ‘First in, best dressed’ policy.


These classes are open to all students from Grade 5 and above, including Adults (Younger classes to be introduced later in the year). These classes are appropriate for all adults, regardless of fitness ability. Our hammocks hold 453kg, so there is nothing to worry about! We have the flexibility to introduce more day classes if the interest is there. If you have interest for another time during the day, please let us know! Unfortunately at this stage, our evening timetable is quite busy!


Please note that we will be taking Term Fees as a priority, and casual students will be placed on a waiting list until a place becomes available. Book today to secure your place, if choosing option B (Term Fee). Term based fees are preferable for safety reasons. The program progresses as the term goes on, and missing classes will result in missed progressions which can be quite the safety hazard.

A casual session is $25 OR Term fees will be $140 for 7 weeks ($20 a session)

Please note, these fees are not included in the SCPAC Dance Fee’s (i.e Family discounts, Class discounts, Ballet Elite etc).


Please note that these classes are 45min, but will require you to be there for the hour, so that you can be measured into your hammock, and able to ask any questions.

TUESDAY – 3.30pm & 7.30pm

WEDNESDAY – 6.30pm

FRIDAY – 10.30am

Sessions will commence Week 4 – Tuesday the 9th of May.


Please note, that to participate in the AntiGravity Classes, you MUST wear a sleeved T-shirt (no midriffs), ¾ - full length tights without zippers, hair pulled back into a ponytail, socks, and no jewellery. Any jewellery, sequins, zippers etc can potentially tear the hammock. Students arriving with incorrect attire will be unable to participate in the class due to safety reasons.
