Foundation student of SCPAC in 2001, and mother of two children, Miss Hayley started dancing at the age of 3 in Victoria at a calisthenics club where her love of dance & performance started. When she moved to Queensland at the age of 8 she attended dancing for fun but it was at the age of 12 when she started here at SCPAC that her passion started to show. Miss Hayley worked her way through the graded exams in Glenn Wood tap, FATD Jazz & FATD classics ballet whilst being the captain of KDC (Kawana Dance Company at Kawana high school) and a very talented drama student.
Hayley, early in her teenage years already had a keen interest in completing her teachers certificate and started student teaching in 2004. In 2005 Miss Hayley started teaching here at SCPAC whilst studying her teaching certificate in classical ballet with Australasian Dance Association (formerly FATD). After completing her teachers in 2008 Hayley joined the SCPAC teaching team full time. Since that time Hayley has become a key long term member of the SCPAC faculty working closely with our competition team and soloists.
Hayley is an extremely talented teacher; she truly possesses a special gift in her ability to build a rapport with all her students & manages to get the very best from them in the classroom.
