Our Adult classes are suitable for active adults, and comprise of low impact dance routines for cardio strength and increased mobility. Adult Dance Classes improve core control, stability, posture, balance, co-ordination, cardio and increased range of movement. Our classes also provide osteoporosis prevention, improved mental health, and encourage social networking! Take some time out of your busy schedule and do something for yourself.
